This report is TOTALLY FALSE. This person was never a client of ouir firm,  Simply put, WE DON'T KNOW HIM!

No matter how many times we reput this complaint, the rebuttal never shows up only the complaint.

I have called the Rip Off Report and made a complaint but unless we are willing to pay a considerable amount of money to take the complaint down, they will do nothing about false reports.  They are not protecting free speach.  By allowing people to put anything they want on the Rip Off Report without investigation, people's reputations are being damaged and the Rip Off Report makes no effort to find out of the complaint is true.

As for the FBI, his allegations are totally crazy.  There are no cases pending.  The entire complaint is just pathetic and UNTRUE.  Also untrue is his story about the Attorney General.  There are no such investagations.  Again it is UNTRUE.

If this person really fought and was wounded in Afganistan, perhaps he is suffering from post-traumatic stress syndrom like so many of the soldiers who fought in Iraq and Afganistan.  We stand up for all military who defend this country. But we cannot let this untrue complaint to be published without rebuttal

Ripoff Report does not remove reports for money.
Ripoff Report has always had a uniform policy to NOT remove Reports. Period.

Ripoff Report does not solicit calls to remove Reports because, we just don’t remove Reports!

 I am Leslie Richards, the attorney about which this person made this absurd and fraudulent complaint.

The person  who wrote this report is NOT a client of mine and never has been.  From what I was told, he tries to get clients for attorneys  and is angry because many of the people that he called have already retained my office. 

 He telephoned us this morning first using the name of David and made threats of violence against us because he can't get clients, or at least that is what he said before threatening violence against my office.   "I'll go get my pistol and shoot you in the face" were his exact words.  He also threatened to make reports about us to the Rip Off Report so that people would not retain our services.  He then called back and made the same threat but this time didn't give a name.    As if this wasn't enough, he then called a third time under the name of Kevin asking to talk to someone about a loan modification and when he was asked for his contact information, he made the same threat of violence and the same threat to put me on the Rip Off Report.

He actually called a lady that is not my client; and when he found out that she had spoken to someone in my office,attacked her by race and threatened her with violence.  She called us to tell us what happened.  We told her that not only do we not know this person, he has been calling us all morning making crazy accusations and threatening violence.  We let her know that we made a police report.   

This complaint is completely fraudulent.   I have no client by the name of Jim Albertson and I have never heard of Mr Albertson and no one should take this complaint seriously.  It is the work of a severely disturbed person.

  I was very happy to say that I received a telephone call from someone at the Rip Off Report who obviously realized that this complaint is fradulent and who offered to help me with this problem  He explained that they do not take report off, however, he offered to give me solutions to neutralize the effects of this report .  We will be talking more later today as I have work I must complete for my real clients that I must complete.
