I purchased furniture 3 years ago and filed a claim in Jan 05 I am still awaiting a check from Stain Safe. I paid $530.00 and for the insurance now I am out of pocket with broken furniture. Stain Safe is not answering any claims . I think we need to go to BBB and file a class action lawsuit....THIS IS A SCAM!!! BEWARE!!!
