LexusPartsNow.com wrong parts per vin, and won't return Internet

I should have listened to all the other complaints! I used their website, provided my Vin, ordered the parts they said my RX330 used, received my order after many phone calls trying to figure out why it was taking so long, found I had the wrong part, called my local lexus dealer who instantly and easily provided the correct part, called LexusPartsNow.com and explained what happened, I was told they would exchange the incorrect part, but I had to submit a RMA on their web site. Submitted the RMA, four days later no response. Called, put on hold ten minutes and told they received the request and should be getting an answer to me shortly. Then I get an email stating I chose the part, and it is my fault for selecting the part that there website stated I needed, and they will not return it!

Stay away from LexusPartsNow.com this is the worst online company I have ever come across! stay way!
