I wish I would have seen this site prior to purchasing the 250CC Scout Scooter that we did in May 2008. It arrived damaged, with parts missing, no instruction booklet and does not even look like the bike we thought we were purchasing! We contacted the company right away and were immediately sent to an unknown customer service "voicemail" where we have left multiple messages and have not had a single call returned! This company STEALS peoples money and does not follow through on anything they promise! The merchandise sent is damaged and cheap and unsafe to ride. I hope something is done to make sure that this does not continue. With all of the reports I am seeing, I cannot believe that they are still in business! I have contacted my credit card company and I hope that something is done soon! Good luck to all who have also been ripped off.. we need to unite and bring this company down! In this hard economic times it is a horrible thing that they do this to hard working people!

I was TRYING to buy a scooter from this company, but after three weeks and it
had not been shipped yet, i wanted to cancell my order. I called to do so and
they wanted to charge me over $500 dollars to do so. What could i do, i am a
college student who needed a affordable form of transpertaion so i could not
afford to even cancel my order. I could barley afford to the scooter to begine with
Something needs to be done with this company, and we should all get our money
back for this company.
