LGI Homes Tom Lipar Eric Lipar Luke Lansburg Cheated my client out of $3000 The Woodlands Texas

You Won't Believe This One! 

• LGI homes states they will pay 100% of all closing costs for new home buyers. 
• I give all my clients a $3000 cash bonus is I am their realtor.
• I instructed LGI's title company to give My Buyer $3000 cash, of my sales commission.
• Instead, LGI Directed their title company to give LGI the $3000 instead. 
• LGI used my $3000 to pay LGI's closing instead.
• My client NEVER got my $3000 Cash Bonus! They got cheated by LGI.

No matter how much my client and I tried to get his money back, LGI Refused!

The client and I contacted the Board of Directors and the President of LGI and go no response.  The highest Senior LGI Executive we could find was Luke Lansburg, President of the Texas division. We showed him all the documentation showing that the title companyy made a "mistake".

Luke said the deal was closed and they would not correct their gross violation of law!  

Not only did Luke cheat my client out of their $3000, he als THREATENED to "GET ME" if I pursed the subject further.
