Liberty Capital ripoff So Called Taxpayer Assistance Program San Antonio Texas

Received a letter in the mail stating that I owe $X,XXX.XX in unpaid property taxes. Liberty Capital is offering, for a limited 10 day period, a special program where they will loan me the money to pay my property taxes. Fees and costs may apply and can vary based on loan, closing costs, property inspections and a lien and underwriting review. "Liberty Cap will pay your property taxes for the next FIVE years". This is such a ripoff.

Everyone's taxes are unpaid at this time. The tax statements just went out. They aren't due until the end of the year. You can make a partial payment in Nov. and another in June of next year. I wonder how many unsuspecting people have fallen into their trap. "It has never been easier to pay your taxes". "Property Tax Specialists are standing by".
