 I was contacted by a customer representative at Liberty Financial, the sale's man said he could guarantee me a loan modification with low interest rate and lower monthly payments BY $300 TO $350 a month.  I told him i wasn't behind and he said that's okay that I wouldn't have to make payments for at least 5 months and I could pay them $796 a month for 4 months.  Liberty Financial said that they would handle everything and I was to have no more contact with my Mortgae Company.  I kept getting delinquent notices from Wells Fargo and I would call Liberty and they said that everything was fine.  I got 8 months behind on my Mortgage before I finally started dealing directly with theme again.  By this time my credit was ruined and to make up the back payments they were going to increase my payments by $100 a month and increase my load from the 28 years I owed to 40 years.  I had to cash out my pension to mkae up the back payments because I'm 61 years old.  I JUST FOUND IT, BRENDEN MCCALL WAS MY SALESMAN AND THE CO.
