I was contacted by a customer representative at Liberty Financial, the sale's man said he could guarantee me a loan modification with low interest rate and lower monthly payments, i told him i wasn't behind on my payments, he said that was fine instead of paying my mortgage pay them instead. I paid them almost $4000. and they did not do a thing for me. They guaranteed me a loan modification, I didn't get one and my lender informed me that loan modifications are not a guarantee.
I've tried to call many times, the company now has a answering services so now you really can't get in touch with anyone. SCAM and FRAUD.

Just a quick note...this company is in no way affiliated with Liberty Financial Associates, also in Philadelphia at 620 N Front St. Liberty Financial Associates has never been involved in loan modification. We are a licensed mortgage broker with an impeccable customer service record and A+ rating with the BBB.
