Liberty National Insurance Misrepresentation of Policy and now they refuse to pay Birmingham Alabama

I took this policy out 8 years ago. This policy states that it is a Cancer Plus policy that includes dread desease benefits which it clearly states on the brochure that was given to me when I opened the policy. I now have been diagnosed with Multiple Schlerosis which was stated on the brochure as one of the dread diseases. They are now telling me that I am not covered and will not get any of the benefits that I am supposed to get as stated. I was informed by one their own employees that I was covered and she sent out the forms for me to get my doctor to fill out so I could receive my benefits from this policy. I sent in the form and they have now denied me stating that my policy is only for cancer and nothing else when it clearly states on the brochure "upon the diagnosis of cancer in addition to all other benefits" which includes dread diseases such as M.S. I was also told in person by the agent that this type of disease was included in the policy.

Do not trust this insurance company. I am going to persure a lawsuit against them for misrepresentation as well as other things. This is absurd! Insurance companies are supposed to be there to help you when you get sick. I have paid my premiums every month for 8 years! And now when I need help they are refusing to pay!
