Liberty Online Services And Bell South fraudulent ripoff dishonest billing Internet

We discovered charges to our phone bill (Bell South) that were charged without proper authorization. When I called the number on the Bell South bill to find out what they were for, they gave the name of one of our sisters as having authorized the service. This sister has never heard of them. We never agreed to the service or any "free " offers from them.

In spite of this, we have been charged and we consider that BellSouth is negligent and party to this rip-off company by knowingly charging customers who have falsely charged. By being in the business BellSouth should be aware of the dishonorable practices of this partner company. I had no problem finding numerous reports of ill use by Libert Online services.

Does this mean that if we have BellSouth as our telephone carrier that anyone who wishes may send fraudulent charges and BellSouth will send them on? As part of our agreement with BellSouth (to whom we pay a sturdy business charge each month!) we now feel that a clause should be added that we will only be responsible to BellSouth for BellSouth charges. Obviously BellSouth is NOT working for ITS customers!
