Liberty Settlements is a rip off to the consumer and anyone that works for them. First off, they have 3 people that work in the client service department. The ring leader George Roberts is very rude and disrespectful to clients that need assistance. Many of us have heard him on many accounts get mad at a client and do his best to get the debt settled for the highest possible amount instead of getting the lowest possible settlement.

Clients are constantly getting sued because Mr. George Minchu, which thinks he is Caucasian and uses the alias Roberts as his last name is really Mexican, ashamed of his race and bad mouths hispanics and is so far behind on work that he cannot get to his clients in time, refuses to refund money and is a horrible person to work for. He has his nose in keiths nuts all day because he knows he is in his late 60s and this is his last stop.

The owner of the company Keith Stahl forced the other owner to quit and take a pay off because of Keiths own greed. They are constantly getting sued and anyone that is thinking about getting out of debt in 36 months or less better think again, before the company goes bankrupt. George (what ever) tells all of us to tell our clients not to answer the phone when the collectors call which only infuriates the collectors making them want to sue.

Keith Stahl the owner lives in and apartment because he has to many liens pending against him, not to mention he has ripped more people out of more money then the most famous bank robber in the world.

It is so bad at the company, the owner had our company fighting over leads like a bunch of desperate babies needing milk. He would pretend to be GOD, choosing favorites and dumping higher quality leads in 1 or 2 of the workers data base so they could have a good month, believing we had a chance to make and honest living for our families, while all the rest of us suffered barely making any money to support our families. There is no way of us proving it because he controls the leads. He only cares about him self and his greed. He also harrased this poor administrative assistant with ongoing sexual abuse tell she finally quit. The entire office knows about his insecurities with his hair and his overweight sexual abuse problems.

He considers us contractors but yet we have to come to work and show up at these stupid meetings. The only reason I am there is because I have a family I have to take care of. I am searching for another job and hope the next one I find is actually affiliated with the Better Business Bureau because this company completely smells like the stuff on my shoes.

You have been Warned stay away from Liberty Settlements, or you will get ripped out of you shoes, skirt, socks, and what ever else is important to you.

Debt Consolidation Companies

AUTHOR: Tony - ()

POSTED: Monday, November 24, 2014

There are rarely positive experiences that you will read about when dealing with the settling of ones debt. These debt consolidation services tend to have very strict guidelines and regulations that they are supposed to follow. It is the case however that from time to time that compliance is not followed by the salesmen.

Also it is to be noted that the amount of money and the work that goes into doing a deal is certainly a factor at play as well that tends to be neglected. There are other companies with similar names like Liberty Nationwide, Liberty Funding Solutions, Liberty Funding,Liberty Settlement that should not be mistaken and thrown under the boss or even in the same basket as this company based out of Texas. That is important.

scam artists

They are a scam. They say they are going to settle your debt, in which case they do not. The client has to do most of the work that they claim they are going to do. I should have known after a month that they were not a good company. They smooth talk you into thinking they are doing there job, I was very wrong. When I was told I would get a refund in the amount of $801 instead of the $2301 I had invested, I was wrong again. They only refunded me $671. So they are liars I hope this helps others who decide to go with them. Scam artists are what they are.
