On July 2003 I was sent aphone by Liberty Wireless Sansung-3500r ESN: 24107065747.After charging several times and unable to use more than a few minutes I kept putting the phone back to charge with no result. I contacted Liberty in the early September about the problem and was told by the customer Relation department that the battery was defective and in 7-10 woking days I would receive a replacement. After several attepts and getting the same response I contacted the the FCC consumer center November 2003and a complain was filed. Liberty made no attempt to clear up the promlem and continue removing monthly payment from my account even though when contacted by me said they woud not because i had no phone or service.

Getting I know Contacted the Attorney General Office and was assigned to a mediator Frank L Davis fo whom you can contact for verification several letters and conferences promises broken on May 25, 2004 the now agree to send me a new phone and credit my account for $299.50.I receive a pone Sansung N400 on 7/23/04 I was unable to activate because the require a $38.31 payment for the month of July and August to which i ask why noy deduct from my credit after a week on 7/30/04 I sent a money order for $38.31.

I now try to activate the phone and was unsuccesful so I contacted Frank Davis and gave him the update! After unable to activate because each try I got a Sprint operator who keep telling me I have no Account with them and with several tries I was told to contact the Sansung Company. Sansung Customer service inform that the phone I now have was a discontinued Phone frm Sprint And that Liberty Wireless has no trademark of there own so the perchase all of sprint discontinue phone and sell the to their customers. I now ask to have y Sansung-3500r checked by them and inform them of the problem with the battery and was told they no longer make those bateries Liberty Wiereeless had no intension of honoring this and would coninue to collect and collect monthly payments.
