 They promised that if the patient passed or we cancelled within two years, there was no obligation because you would get a full refund on all money spent.  In reality, they make it very difficult to cancel, even after the patient passes and continue to bill the credit card.  Our father was in respice and did not need the Life Alert and they made us jump through hoops at a time when no one could deal with it.  They have overcharged hundreds of dollars and lied about the reimbursement!
