Lifekey Healthcare Inc. ripoff consumer rip-off fraud Cincinatti Ohio

I ordered Enzyte and got one month supply useds it up and the brochure they send you states that you will be sent monthly supplies with out haveing to reorder . Well i checked my bank account and the company had taken out for my refill on the 27th of Dec.but i havent received my pills and when i called to complain they told me they were on back order that they would be arriving shortly. Today the 24th of Jan i called again and the operator told me they were still on back order. So i told them that i would like to cancel my order and to go ahead and credit my account back the money that they took for the shipment. The operator told me there was no way i was going to receive my money back and that when they got the pills they would ship them.But there is supposed to be a Established Customer Guarantee . Quote from the book they send you ( Your product will never be out of stock Inventory reserves are kept on hand to fulfill all existing customer programs.)
