I was sent a shipment I did not order! It was sent under the "AUTO SHIPMENT" that I did not ask for or know about. I called the company and was told that I would recieve a form to fill out, the form came and they want it NOTARIZED and sent back CERTIFIED MAIL all this for something I did not ask for in the first place! I made two more calls to the company and was told it was company policy.

I asked to talk to someone in charge and was told there is no one to talk to! I called the credit card company and filed a complaint. I suggest EVERYONE stay clear and do not do business with LIFEKEY HEALTHCARE INC. If the product worked it might be a different story but it DOES NOT WORK it is a complete RIP-OFF. So do your self a favor if you have been taken by this company FIGHT them and lets put an end to it so it does not happen to anyone else!

we do want our customers to be happy, I hate getting an unhappy customer on my line

AUTHOR: Undisclosed - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, January 18, 2004

As an employee of the company AND a consumer I am just here to reply to what I have read.
The company is offering a free 30 day supply of Enzyte for the cost of shipping and handeling. Our calls are monitored & The disclaimer is read with EVERY order beginning with: This product is not a contraceptive nor will it prevent any sexual disease ... with ALL new orders customers recieve automatic enrollment in our Established Customer Promgram and will receive a new 60 day supply of Enzyte APPROXIMATELY 5 days before their current supply runs out. Customer's credit card will be billed the discounted proce $69.95 on the day the product is shipped unless they cancel before that date. There is no obligation to remain an Established Customer and you can cancel at any time. There are no refunds for orders once shipped.

Ok ... the customer comes in contact with this same disclaimer several times ... at the time of order, (if you ordered on the website it is on there several times IN REGULAR SIZE FONT) in a brochure with the shipment AND on the side of the bottle (in the same font the supplemental facts are printed in)

The customer CANNOT cancel by requesting at time of order not to be placed in program ... you must cancel once you are entered into the system, which the sales agents do not and cannot do. If you only wish to recieve your free trial, that is fine, you are not obligated to recieve further shipments, CALL TO CANCEL when you recieve your shipment.

As an employee of the company we do want our customers to be happy, I hate getting an unhappy customer on my line, and I can say I personally do everything I can for my customer. If you call and get me, you become not a customer of LifeKey, you become my customer, and I treat all my customers the way I would like to be treated if it were me calling any other company for assistance.

The product is a continued use product, and you need to remain on the product for 90 days, if you are really serious about achieving the results Enzyte can and does provide, I have heard personally customers who have been on the product for months that it does work.

In conclusion, please keep in mind the Customer Care Department is in place to help the customers. Given company policy on return\refunds, that we openly inform every customer about, we are happy to help you in every way possible. We can cancel you from the program at anytime, so if you do not have a computer or don't want to mess with canceling online, stay on the line and we WILL help you. We have managers and supervisors on the floor at all times, I have never denied any of my customers the right to speak with a manager, just keep in mind, the company has a lot of customers calling us everyday for various reasons, sometimes there might be a wait, but we WILL get with you as soon as possible.

Thank you for hearing my point of view, and for the consumers out there (which is all of us), please educate yourself on your purchases, read ALL provided information.

I wanted to cancel my membership but the web site does not exist

AUTHOR: Bill - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, November 26, 2003

I ordered a 60 days supply of exzyte with one free bottle. After 30 days I called the phone number on the bottle and got a recording that said if I wanted to cancel my membership go to the web site ASKBERKELEY.COM and fill out the request for cancellation form but the web site does not exist. I call back and waited for a live person to come on the line and after a few minutes I told the lady to cancel my membership but she could not find my name or address on their records and wanted my credit card number again. I told her that I would not give out my credit card number again and don't send any more orders out to me. I now will wait to see what happens.

I'm a Rip-Off Victim, It was clear that this was a free sample and the only obligation was the $4.50

AUTHOR: Tom - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, November 19, 2003

I responded from their TV AD campaign. Yes, It was clear that this was a free sample and the only obligation was the $4.50 shipping fee. I have since been billed the $69.95 on my credit card. All this nonsense about not listening? When I placed this order on the telephone they tried to induce me for a 90 day or 12 month supply. I refused and was specific in stating that "My only obligation for me to recieve this free sample is the $4.50 shipping fee, Right." I recieved a yes answer. It is clearly a scam and to be told that we are ignorant because we did not cancel upon the reciept of the shippment indicating some enclosed disclosure is ridiculous. The misrepresentation of the terms of the sale occured at its inception. I will be notifying all the appropiate agencies/companies regarding LifeKey's deceptive practices and in my case illegal practices.

People dont LISTEN!

AUTHOR: Undisclosed - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, November 18, 2003

I work for the company. At the end of each call we say: When you order with us you do becmoe a part of our establised customer program. What this means is 10 days b/f you supply runs out you will be sent a 60 day supply for 69.95 unless you call and discontinue. If you are uncomfortable with this you can cancle the day you recieve the product. The website is real b/c I chacked it out and if you listen (again) to the entire recording at the 1-866-985-9040 customer # it says you can talk to a customer rep. People dont LISTEN! And if you dont listen than it comes in the packet and on the bottle you should read. You put oue company down but actually the person with the problem is you. If you dont read it how do you know what you are taking? It may contain something you are allergic to or makes you sick.. We also tell people we can send them a packet with the information b/f they purchase so they can read the fine print. Maybe instead of trying to bring a company down b/c your stupidity try listening or reading the information.

Greg Cossman took over the president's responibilities due to the legal pressure that has been overcoming this company

AUTHOR: Amanda - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, November 11, 2003

Sir, you are correct and you should be more conviced that this company is a scam by this attempt from the president of the company. To share some information with you - this gentleman -Greg Cossman took over the president's responibilities due to the legal pressure that has been overcoming this company. The gentleman who own's the company is Steve Warshak. He owns many other companies too - I believe 4 of them. They do sell more than one product...that do not work ..not from my personal experience, but from many consumers. I worked there for 1 year and saw a lot of disturbing things. The way not only how the company treats consumers, but how they treat their own employees and family members - since is is a family owned and run by family members. The owner is use to pushing the line of what is right and wrong. The companies policies as well as the products fine line readings change so frequently. My best advice is to cancel the card you used to make a purchase with - it's not in a secure location or environment! I hope this helps.

Pop-up window on web-site should answer woes

AUTHOR: A. - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, March 17, 2003

Seems to me that the "No Obligation" statement in the pop-up window of http://www.enzyte.com should be taken seriously and mentioned in consumers' complaints to the company. No obligation, it seems, should be all inclusive. Thus, stating such a thing would require them to have a return policy. Right?

Response to the President of Lifekey ..not so

AUTHOR: Thomas - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, November 26, 2002

I just received an autoship of Enzyte much to my surprise. I called the customer service number and the girl said that she would cancel the auto ship. When I asked about returning the product, I was told that they have a no return policy.

I have written a letter to Lifekey and will be contacting the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office as I believe Lifecare has a responsibility to assure that the autoship and no return policies are more prominent on the webpage. I am also contacting my credit card company and advising them to accept no more charges from Lifekey.

I originally saw their ad on cable tv and when I see it again, I will be contacting the station to advise them of the business practices of the company.

I read the President's answer and I am more convinced that this is really a rip off. He claims to need "documentation" to protect the company from rip-off artists. I beleive that Lifekey falls into that category.

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company

individuals that do not listen to, or read the materials

AUTHOR: Greg Cossman - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, October 30, 2002

I am the President of LifeKey Healthcare, Inc. and would like to respond to some of these complaints. The majority of complaints we receive are from those individuals that do not listen to, or read the materials included with the product or at the time of sale. Enzyte is a continuous use product and must be used consistently to achieve the desired results.

WE explain in the literature provided with the product that, as a courtesy, we will automatically ship the product when the current supply is about to be exhausted.

We provide a toll free phone number to cancel the auto-ship at any time, no questions asked. We operate on the assumtion that any responsible consumer would read the provided information before they would ingest something into their system. The complaints here are from those individuals that elected not to do so. This program was put into place as a result of numerous customer requests so they would always have a supply of fresh product.

Obviously we go to significant expense to process, package and ship the product. For this reason we do require some documentation to track issues with various customers, because frankly, in this industry there are some pros at taking advantage of the system.

In light of all of this, we have redesigned this policy and it is being redesigned to remove any chances for misundertanding, but in each case the customer could have saved their hassles by reading the literature.
