Please beware of this website. I have used it before, and unfortunately made the fatal mistake of using it again years later unknowingly. The result was the same: forgettable reading experience, and snarky customer service reps who do not try to meet you half way. They have a promise guarantee seal on their site, but it does not mean anything. If you did not like your reading, it is us to them to either refuse your request or not.
The site may seem inviting, but don't bother. The reader I spoke with sounded as if she was babbling random cliche sayings versus actually connecting. There are WAY better online psychic readers out there, just be sure to REALLY read their terms and proceed with caution, and don't expect much SUPPORT from their SUPPORT department LOL. I felt as though I just through money down the drain, and the customer support rep seemed all to pleased to ask me if I would like to close my account when I asked for a different reader.
There may be some legit readers on there, but the other aspects of that site is so crappy you should'nt even bother. Oh and support is only 100% email so good luck contacting them! It took several emails to hear back.

***** UPDATE*****
I recieved an email from the 'support' representative in which he stated he would not refund me, and will only give me the 'special rate' after the fact because I was negligent by not knowing the 'Your special rate will be applied" verbage was a banner ad, and my call two years ago made the special rate 'disappear'. Simply forgetting that, with no indication of a previous account they refused to work with me on the matter.
I told them I would make a claim on a consumer report site about my experience, and their response was that I am trying to blackmail them. I have since tried to go back on the website, and it seems as though my IP Address has been blocked. VERY FISHY site! BUYERS BEWARE! I have never had to go back and forth with a rep via email so much in my life, nor have I been accused of being threatening and someone who blackmails company. Very bad taste!
