lifesafer Mike's automotive taking money for a missed appointment that wasnt missed before releasing my car Nationwide

 Lifesafer and Mike's automotive in wonder lake, il colluded to steal 35 dollars from me for an appointment I rescheduled. I called Mike's automotive as per the terms of our agreement to move an appointment to remove a basis back a day, 48 hours in advance. Well the day I went in to Mike's shop, he claimed he had no idea why they're charging me a missed appointment fee. I come to find out upon calling lifesafer that Mike claims I never rescheduled and now neither place will respond to me and won't refund the 35 bucks. Don't use lifesafer if you get a dui!
