I am in cancer treatment I was on my way to Travis Air Force Base because I am a vet my truck broke down because of the device I have been getting the runaround for 3 days my truck is sitting in front of my sister-in-law's house in Winters California no one has come to fix the faulty obsolete device. I have made at least 20 phone calls with promises somebody would come out Monday Tuesday Wednesday nothing no one.
