Lifevantage Protandim Protandim Recall SCAM Internet

Lifevantage announced a recall of Protandim in December, 2012 with additional items recalled in February, 2013.  Repeated calls to the company have produced no refund.  I have been repeatedly told that I will receive a call back from the "recall team."  Rose, a customer service supervisor with the company claimed in my third call that only product purchased within the last 30 days would receive a refund (phone call made 3/5/13).  Recall began in December - and yet refunds for product purchase prior to December, January and February will not be honored.  This is outrageous - there was metal found in the tumeric placed in the product (apparently some kind of metal wire!).  It must be illegal not to offer refunds in the case of product recall.  Could someone please sue this company and can I join the lawsuit?
