Light Relief, LLC credit card fraud Chino, California

I was contacted by a sales rep to sell me a Light Relief product for pain control for patients. The sales price was quoted at $39.95 with a $10 fee and $5 misc fee added.  I received the unit and my credit card was charged for $280.  I contacted the company who stated they would not pay for return shipping, even though they committed a crime of credit card fraud, which is a federal offense.  After arguing with a "supervisor" I was told that a prepaid shipping label would be emailed to me, however, that has not happened.
