Light Relief, LLC DUAL SHIPMENT SCAM from Light Relief, LLC Chino California

My girlfriend and I ordred two of them. We gave them MORE than a fair trial and found them to be nothing but a hoax. When I called "Customer Service" they tried to sell me a set of knives telling me that I would come out ahead because the cost of shipping and processing (approx, $48.00) on their side to return the "Light Relief" units would cover the cost of the knives which they were trying to sell for less than $48.00!!! Plus shipping and processing of course! The cost of the inital units was well over $200.00...To get to the point they wanted me to spend MORE money to keep something that doesent work, and yet spend MORE money so I wouldnt return them!!! Finally, VERY nicely I said " You're program said money back guarantee, NO QUESTIONS ASKED, AND THAT'S WHAT I AM COUNTING ON". From that point, I was QUICKLY told that I would recieve the refund of Approx. $150.00. At this point I was willing to take a hit just to get some money back. They did keep their word. We called the credit card company EVERY DAY and they did give the refund, IF you want to call it that. Long story short, STAY AWAY-IT'S A GIMMICK! Shortly after all this I noticed that I no longer saw ROBERT WAGNER trying to convince us to use these things. HMMMMMMM, I wonder why.
