Light Relief LLC Deposited check twice Chino California

I ordered Light relief by phone and paid by check over the phone for electronic transfer on August 17, 2008.
On Augusr 22 that check cleared my bank and funds were deposited in their account.

On August 25 the same check was again sent through and they also got that money.

I contacted their customer service number and was rudely told they would not do such a thing.

I once again checked with my bank and they assured me that their was no mistake and Light Relief had recieved both payments.

On September 14, 2008 I wrote them a letter requesting the refund of my $124.23 and as of December 12, 2008 I have not heard anything from this company.
Not only did the product end up costing me much more than the amount it was advertised at I feel that robed me by knowingly sending that check through twice.
