LILIANA TRAFFICANTE HAS TAPES AND PICS AND OTHER THINGS THAT ARE EVIDENCE TO PROVE A CRIME AND HAS NOT RETURNED THEM. New York City New York

I met Liliana in her office when she emailed me an invitation she asked me for picture of my daughter where I had been involved with a court case and she voluntarily offered to do fundraising for me to be able to pay for a good lawyer. I then met with her on other ocassions and gave her some important tape recordings of visitations with my daughters father and my daughter crying in the middle of abuse while visiting with the family in their home it was ten tapes one of her workers promised to have them transcribed and I told her they were to prove that a crime had been commited against my daughter and I till this day it has been about one year and she promised me, and my pastor several times she would have them mailed to me and has not done so.

I think she doesn't realise how serious this is i told her forget about any money she promised me just give me my tapes among the other things like my tape recorders and a ring. I thought she was a caring individual she promised she would send me money sooo many time she asked me for my a copy of my id, ssn, and even my bank acount information from florida. and till this day she also has not sent me anything. I

believed she cared but from how she has changed with me, I was evev offering her to work as her private security guard. I traveled from long island to NYC a few times and she just had me return due to a cancelled meeting. I felt she was at first for real then I realised she is not who I thought she was. Slowly she started to mess up with other people we were involved with, two specific individuals I will not mention their names at there discretion. Then, I erased many of her emails that promised so much, then I decided I will not allow her to get away with what she is doing I have kept some for evidence of her being a fraud.

I tried to also be nice giveing her ample warnings telling her if she did not give me my tapes she will not hear the last of me. That I would report her to BBB. FTC, and to others. And still she kept promising it is in the mail and no responce.

I am writing this about her and hope that she will no longer continue her abuse. I am going this week to civil court to file a report her for withholding the tapes from my court case in hope she will have to give an account for her actions. I may even sue her I don't know if i can but i am looking for a lawyer who is an expert in this field. My cell phone is 786-325-8837.
