  I received a letter stating I have a toll violation on Floridas Turnpike. I called numerous times and had waited up to one hour and never was able to speak to anyone , I also had faxed the letter I received from them explaining that I have not been in Florida for over a year.  I have requested a picture from the toll violation in question. Nobody has responded to me as of yet.       They do not provide any other way of communication. No email address nor do they provide an actual physical address of there place of business, just a PO BOX.
