Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP Fraudulent request for money with threat of legal action Urbandale Iowa

 Received a "Notice of Outstanding Court Fees and Fines" about a speeding ticket from April 5, 1998 that is false. I was not state side in April 1998 and was never in Cass County Iowa. The notice states if not paid immediately via check or money order then my license will be suspended and a warrant issued for my arrest. According to Iowa Statue of Limitations, misdeamor incidents involving traffic violations have a 1 - 3  year limitation to them. Attempted to contact the company and got a telemarketing company who threatened to have my license suspended and send the police to my current place of employment to arrest me for an outstanding warrant.
