LinkShe ChicMe LINKSHE SCAM ALERT!! BAIT and SWITCH on Facebook! Once LinkShe has your money, there is no turning back! Did Not Know My Order Was Shipping From China! Shanghai Internet

Beware Ladies! LinkShe is a women's online clothing store and Facebook page. I have made the mistake of ordering back in November 2016. Their marketing during the Holidays was extremely aggressive. I checked their reviews before ordering. I'm telling now, that this company uses Bait and Switch with there merchandise. The items I received are nothing as described, poorly made, synthetic materials, and nothing was true to USA sizes. The apparel is made in China and delivers from China. (The online store does not make this fact known).. My struggle now is this, LinkShe service "department " has given me the run-around for a month to return for a refund. In my opinion, they have zero intentions of resolving my issue. I'm stuck with 5 items that are made extra small. I had to submit a "ticket" for "returning", which took Several emails to get a response. Finally, Their response to me is that it would be "troublesome" to return as it is "to China to return it, and shipping would be expensive" (Their words). And that I "should sell it online or give as a gift". If I return, They would have to keep 35% for shipping only after they receive the items. But oddly would not give me a return label or any instructions or return confit. Again, I see Zero real intentions of any true customer service. Now, all emails and Facebook messenger replies from them have ceased. These are the only two methods of contact besides their "service department" on their website. The US Better Business Bureau suggests consumers use the stores social media in such a small consumer case. I posted this under one of Linkshe sponsored Facebook advertisements on the news feed this morning, and of course it Disappeared. So there ya go. Lesson learned. (Still not sure How to know ahead of ordering, if merchandise is Coming from a store in China). I'm Sticking with favorite local boutique and online with Amazon, where they honor the return policy. Guess I'll keep commenting, posting, and sharing on Facebook. Until Facebook says I can't. Beware of LinkShe and their advertisements on your Facebook news feed. They will certainly reply to you right there in Facebook comments if you seem interested in any item. But if you contact them for return, you're dead to them!!
