Though I have been a loyal and happy customer for many years, this is the first year I have had any problems. This was the second dispute that I had to file with Liquidation Services during 2013. It is my opinion that Liquidation Services should take a good look at their suppliers and really take a look at the supplier's merchandise.

It is indisputable that I bought bracelets and received necklaces. The poor quality of merchandise is also indisputable if someone actually took the time to look at what was advertised and compare it to the merchandise that was received. It is my belief that this crucial step is not happening especially since my dispute was denied for the second time the day before my returned merchandise was received by Liquidation Services. This makes me feel that Liquidation Services does not want to look at the merchandise I received and blindly denies all disputes.

It is my opinion as a professional buyer and seller that any business that does not investigate complaints of wrong merchandise being received is allowing the opportunity for scammers to sell 'bricks' and thus steal money from unsuspecting buyers / consumers.

Furthermore, it is my opinion that Liquidation Services has an obligation to its customers to fully investigate all complaints to prevent fraudulent transactions through their service. Considering Liquidation Services' current dispute resolution problems, it is my opinion that Liquidation Services is no longer a reliable or trusted business partner or wholesale supplier.

Liquidation Services, Inc. is clearly misrepresenting the merchandise they auction and admit this openly, I filed a dispute with this company and their reply was simply "Auction photos are provided for descriptive purposes and Not to be considered a manifest of the items being sold" this means the pictures are just for Bait and they can switch the merchandise and Ripoff the consumer Legally.

The local attorney general should be put them out of business and they should not be allowed to ripoff customers.
