I purchased an auction of 20 designer purses for over $1500.

I received 18 purses and 2 cosmetic bag sets. NO WHERE in the item description did it say that there would be 2 cosmetic bag sets. There was supposed to be 20 designer purses. The cosmetic bag sets were fraudulently misrepresented as designer purses. They even have tags on them that say 3 piece cosmetic bag set- and there aren't even 3 pieces.

Of the 18 designer purses that I received, 4 of them were damaged and unable to be sold for even 1/3 of what I paid for them.

I have contacted the company numerous times over the last 1 month- by phone, several emails, and have even sent them additional photos at their request. THEY ARE ONLY OFFERING TO REFUND MY MONEY FOR 1 PURSE!!!!

Their dispute department will not speak to me on the phone. You have to speak to a customer service rep who then puts you on hold and you can hear her talking in the background to someone else and then comes on the phone to tell you your answer from "the dispute department."

DO NOT DO BUSINESS OR PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY OR WEBSITE!!!
