listia inc listia.com scam, suspend account, lost money i paid for shipping, Internet

i joined listia months ago , i had sold many auctions had postive feedback, and followed listia rules. i lost out on points and items i had sent to buyers due to a couple buyers complaining and listia gave them their points back before i could get any items back and never did get the items back

so i lost out on points and money for shipping and the items i never got back, then i fall ill where i have to be hospitalized which i can provide proof for , and so i refund credits to any buyers that i could not send their items , most understood , were a few buyers that left malicous comments even though they got credits refunded right away ,

i had at this time already also sent money for shipping for some auctions i won and had not yet recieved the items
and all of a sudden listia suspends my account so i lost out on my money my items i did not get back and paid shipping for also i had followed all listia rules and they suspended my account for no good reason and i lost out on money that i paid and  cant get back because i cant contact anyone
