listia banned, lost credits, lost auctions not sure Internet

 Listia banned my username due to multiple accounts. Per terms and conditions listia states one account per person but four per household. Well, we do have multiple users in my household. I am a sr. and my son is named after me and a jr. So they ban me  because we have the same name? Don't they realize that some sons are named exactly after their father. I had bought and earned credits and used them to win stuff for my unborn twin grand babies. They are staying with me because their house was lost in a fire. We are not breaking terms and conditions and if they don't do something I am going to start a story with the news about how sites seem to not care to question people and just ban them without knowing any details. It pays to know people in the news industry too. They better fix this with compensation as its their faults or I am taking it to a higher level as I see this happening often with websites over stupid mistakes of members having the same name and address like my son and I sr. and jr.
