Listia Unresolved Reported Damage $69,225,114.00. This company does not follow their own assurance for those who join their website, they will let sellers scam people and get away with it all, i reported them on the Better Business Bureau. Santa Clara California

They do not try to resolve issues when i was the buyer, i got scammed and the website Listia has made it all a haunting experience, they have not good contact information, was unable to reach the people above the administration. 

I have put in multiple tickets in about an issue from almost a month ago against a seller, i was a buyer that was scammed by the seller and now listia, i want my credits back, credits are just the same as money. the multiple tickets have gotten me retarded questions to do like, "send proof the item was sent back,""give proof/documentation the item was not authentic" things like this from richard, jamie, and natalie--they are giving me panic attacks from this and i have told them over and over the issue, they want me to resolve it, i cant provide documentation i sent the junk item back, its already back to the crooked seller. The BBB has yet to resolve this issue because Listia likes to scam!!!
