ListMyBusiness is a farce and just short of being an illegal scam. They made all kinds of promises over the phone but intentionally made those negotiation points extremely vague in the written contract.

In retrospect I should have questioned why those points were not more specific, but, we had ironed it out on a conference call with at least 6 people in such a detailed manner that I trusted them too much. DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE!!

After three months of not delivering on their promises, we asked that our service be cancelled and demanded that they provide certain aspects of the contract that they had not performed. And that did not to include those vague issues.

They agreed to cancel the service, and did not provided us with any of the work we had already paid for, namely; 11 published articles, 4 per month; of which we only received 3! Furthermore, ListMyBusiness charged us for another month of service AFTER we cancelled the service. When asked to return the funds they refused to refund the extra $1200 they charged us for the month.

When we charged back with our bank, ListMyBusiness submitted FALSE documentation claiming that we had not requested any cancelation of service in order to win the charge back dispute. Since it did not involve tangible goods combined with ListMyBusiness' lies we lost the charge back.

ListMyBusiness is a rotten group of people with despicable business practices and ethics.
