Litigation Law Group Loan Modification FRAUD , Internet

Received a  Mailer through the mail saying we were approved on a loan Modification for our home. They said we would get a rate reduction to 2%  through a government program approved through President Obama's new loan program.
We sent them all the information on our mortgage and  financial information including pay stubs and  tax returns . The contact was Sue Abraham. We sent her 3,000 dollars on 09/19/12 and waited to hear back. We didn't hear from her so we called and called.
 When she finally called back she had every excuse in the book. At first they said they had a flood and that we needed to resend the all the financial information so we did. We would call weekly but we we would only get a call back occasionally and Sue Abraham would tell us that that I takes time. After some time she finally said that our file was was moved to Lena Greene's desk. Lena Greene assured us that once it was on her desk that "things move quickly". After not hearing from Lena Greene after weeks we finally got someone to answer the phone and they said a man named Luis was our new account manager. We finally got a hold of Luis he said that he was not allowed to discuss our application and we would get something in the mail. A few days later we received a letter saying the "No loan modification options available to us" and that they are closing out our file with no further obligations and/or responsibilities to your account with there firm.
Since we received this letter none of the phone numbers that we were given for numerous employees works.
