I purchased my pizza on 7/23/2018. I came home & open up the box and to my surprise the pizza was burnt. I still attempted to feed it to my two grandsons (ages 5 and 10). They took a couple of bites and declined. They said it was the worst pizza ever. This is the first time I ever known a child to not eat pizza. I then ordered a Dominio's Pizza and spend $15 more dollars. I was so upset that I took the horrible/burnt pizza back the following day and spoke to a manager named Charles. I showed him the pizza and receipt and he told me that because I had not called in the same day to complaint that there is nothing he could do. I gave him the receipt and the pizza. I left the pizza there and he was okay with accepting the pizza. No compensation, no apology, no nothing.

Call Corporate. Be ready to give them the receipt number, location etc. They will get you free pizza coupons and an apology, and they'll thank you for letting you know that one of their restaurants is possibly being mismanaged. Don't wait, do this today. Please let us know what you were told, I will be shocked if you aren't compensated.
