LITTON LOAN SERVICE ripoff, degrading, liars, humiliation, predators, corruptors. Houston Texas

I first started with a loan with New Century Mortgage. Within 4 months it was sold to PCFS Mortgage. As of December 2004 it was sold to Litton Loan Servicing.

I have had nothing but problems with Litton Loan. This company was not paying my taxes when I should have had an escrow account. Because of THIER negligence I was forced to pay almost $16000.00 in escrow within a 10 month period.

Late fees were added all of the time. I would fax over proof of payments and they alledgedly were never received (3 times of me faxing so far).

The situation is become extremely bad with nasty personnel calling my home at 8:am, calling my job, and forclosure notices being sent (receiving 4 a day). When I have tried to contact them, there are never any Supervisors available.

I am an employed single women trying to make a home for myself and kids after being single and in an apartment for 10 years.

Litton Loans has destroyed my credit, my dignity, my self esteem, I am barely able to keep my head above water. They have degraded and humiliated me.

I am trying VERY hard to repair my credit, so that I am ABLE to look into refiancing with a HONEST and decent company.
