Litton Loan Servicing LP services my mortgage. In 2005 they accuareid my mortgage from Countrywide and since that day. They have mismanged my account in many ways

After many months of no resolution I had enough of them , they need to be punished by the law... They feel that not all rules apply to them!

I need to have a suficent group of peolple like me to take leagl action agaist them.

I have spoekn with a law firm and the informe me that if i get enogh peole to complaint for the same or equal problem we will have a case.

If it is still open we are in. We have had several problems with litton loan. They took almost all we have.

Let's get this action started against Litton. To many people are being played by this company and if it is going to take this action to save our homes let's get it on. I am sure that if enough people get involved we can achieve our goal and make Litton do the right thing or at least stop them from ruining other peoples lives with their shady activities.

I too have had lost payments by Litton Loan Servicing. You should have that attorney go ahead with a class action suit and have all the clients of Litton Loan Servicing notified about the suit. When the responses start coming in we'll be able to get some action.
