Live Nation Paid for Concert Tickets which were never sent. Beverly Hills California

I bought a MEGA ticket (covers several different country music concerts in Atlanta) for my daughter's birthday. Charged $169.00 on Discover Card. First concert was May 16. Tickets were not received although ordered January 28, 2008. Several days prior to the show, I emailed Livenation.com
Their website said I would get a response within 24-48 hours. No response. ANother email, no response.

I called their customer service dept and was told by Megan, a rep, that my daughter, Landon Johnson, could pick up her ticket at Will Call booth at the event. My daughter was told at Will Call there was no ticket for her.

There were other people at the concert Will Call booth who said they were enduring the same situation with LiveNation. Their tickets were not delivered and were not at Will Call as well.

Looking at online sites, many people are experiencing the same thing with LiveNation. They need to be reprimanded and they need to communicate with their customers. They also need to refund money.
