I joined beyonddiet.com on 9-8-14. I spent $154.90, and received several cookbooks etc. I then started receiving daily emails

From Isabelle de los Rios. My bank pointed out to me that I was being charged $14.95/month for miscellaneous services which was actually

Beyond Diet. I wished to cancel these e-mails and monthly charges.

I then went to the e-mails they sent me to send a reply. Replying to their e-mails brought up a donotreply e-mail.

Clicking on the link that was supposed to be a survey of our satisfaction: the link was unresponsive.

Clicking on the FAQ link brought up a blank screen.

Clicking on the Member Team Support link brought up a blank screen.

I suppose my last resort is to send them a registered letter. What do you recommend?
