In March 2016 I signed up for the website membership & also for a monthly subscription to an online magazine for $14.95 a month, to start in April.  I realized that I did not have the time to read a monthly magazine online so I emailed Beyond Diet to stop the subscription.   In April I was charged for that 1st month, but I thought it had not be processed in timely manner & decided to "eat the charge" & forget it.  However the charge appeared again on my credit card. 

Here is how I got my money refunded.  I called my credit card company & talked to them about a fraudelent charge on my account.  They advised me to contact the charging company again, call & email.  If I couldn't get any satisfaction, to contact the Credit Card provided & they would be reported to the "division of fraud & abuse."  Then the CC company would start the investigation & disputes. 

I was very lucky. I emailed the company & I called the company and they answered on the first call.  No recording.  The person on the phone was very nice, however, I mentioned several times "fraud & abuse" disputes by the cc company.   I also told the BD person that there were 13 complaints on "Ripoff Reports" about Beyond Diet.  I also told them I would write a rebuttal IF & WHEN my refunded was listed on my credit card statement. 

This is the rebuttal.  I was refunded in full for both months, April & May 2016. 

I called them on 5/10/2016.

Received 3 emails on 5/11/2016 saying the 2 charges were refunded.

My cc card received the refunds on 5/13/2016

Beyond Diet has issued me a full refund!  Thanks Ripoffreport.com!

I posted this report yesterday;  Today a represenative from Beyond Diet has agreed to issue me a full refund!  I will update when the refund is actually recieved.
