Livesay International Refund Update

I am writing a follow up to my previous posting on Livesay International.

My credit card company finally refunded me based on the chargeback I put in with Visa.

Livesay International never refunded me a single penny back despite their claims to have done so.

They are a bunch liars and lame thieves. All of them working there are in cahoots on their internet scam site right from the start.

"Livesay International - Raises the bar by making it your worst online shopping experience ever. Guaranteed!"

Difference between good and bad businesses

The age of the internet has changed the face of businesses. It has given a voice to the consumer which means bad business practices are no longer tolerated.

If a business does not believe in that, then any smart consumer would question that company's business practices.

The company, Livesay International should question why their customer or customers are saying such things about them instead of coming off so defensive.

All consumers want is what they purchased and if they don't get what they paid for, they have a right to voice their opinion. To top it off, the internet and Google has made it easy for them to do so.

- You can run but you can't hide as a business and that's what separates a good business from a bad one.

No money ever refunded

1) Since the so-called "refund" from the company Livesay International on April 13th, not a single Penny has been credited to my account since. It's now May 4th which is over 14 business days.

2) They claim to have everything in stock but they do not ship anything to you even a Next Day Air shipment I paid for. UPS tracking number(1Z3104XR1393928681) shows no movement from the time it was orderd 4/3 to the time my order was supposedly refunded 4/13.

3) I am clearly not the only irate customer scammed by these kids because there are plenty of others out there with credible reputations who have reported Livesay International's bad business practices.

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome! I am the owner of Livesay International. As stated above, this client, Luanne, has received a full refund for any and all purchases made from the company. Mrs. Luanne became angry when her order took a couple days longer to ship than expected. She then requested a refund from the company, which she received promptly. All documentations of the refund was emailed to Mrs. Teoh. It was explained to Mrs. Luanne that the refund would be credited to her account within 7-10 business days, which is standard practice for refunding credit cards online. She then became irate and proceeded to curse at the company's representatives during a number of phone calls. She also sent numerous threatening emails to the company, at which time she then started posting negative reviews all abroad the internet. I can sum it up this way, Mrs. Luanne received her refund, her account was credited for the purchase, and now she continues to post negative reviews about the company all over the internet. The company would be more than happy to provide proof of Mrs. Luanne's refund to anyone. Please call or email with any additional questions.
