We ordered 2 Nintendo Wii's from this "company" on April 11th. I immediately asked for a refund as I only wanted to order 1 but an error came up when I tried to order so they took double the amount of money out of my account. They said they credited me the money but I never got it.

They claim to ship in 3 to 4 business days well they didn't. After emailing them wanting to cancel my order they sent me a UPS tracking number that said "shipping information received. Well it still has never shipped. And that was on April 17th!

They sent me nasty emails when I said I would contact the Better Business Bureau. They have an unsatisfactory with the BBB now as many of us have been scammed by them.

I told them to refund all of my money and I never got it refunded by them. I finally got my money back after filling out a Visa Dispute form from my bank. I never recieved either of the Wii's they charged me for, nor my money back and they stopped responding to my emails.

Does anyone else think it is odd they would charge the credit cards right away before they ship anything? Most online businesses don't charge until they ship?

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! THEY ARE NOT LEGITIMATE!!BEWARE!

My son finally got his Wii at Target last Sunday. I wish we had never heard of Livesay International. They have been nothing but a pain.

Livesay International

AUTHOR: Luanne - (U.S.A.)

Thank you Brenda in Wisconsin,

I'm glad other people have come out to say that Livesay International is the biggest scam site out there selling electronics.

They are taking advantge of a time when demand is high and supply is low at retail to prey on unsuspecting consumers.

They respond with nasty emails, threatening voice mails and do not refund a single penny to your account. On top of that they abuse you on their website message board. (which has since been taken down due to rebuttals from customers.)

Livesay International is NOT a legit business or any business at all - SCAM!
