Living Lean- SCAM SCAM SCAM Living Lean will Rip You Off-call them now Ontario California

Be aware of ordering Wu-Yi Source/Living Lean,

I ordered a 14 free trial back in April--but be aware nothing is free!! All I had to do was pay a 6.95 shipping fee. Over the next few days my bank contaced me and said that there were some suspicious charges on my account. Not only was I charged the shipping fee but also an additional $7.95 from "living lean". My bank gave the number of the company who I had never heard of not even when I was signing up for the Wu_Yi. I spoke to a guy who said that living lean came with the Wu-Yi. I directly told him I did not want this and wanted it canceled and my money back. He said no problem and the 7.95 was refunded.

Once I started to see the weird charges on my Bank statement I wanted to cancel immediately, this was within the month I signed up for it.

4/15-6.95- wu-yi
4/15-7.95-livinig lean (reimbursed)
5/01-29.95-wu-yi
5/12-19.95-living lean
5/15-34.90-wu-yi
6/12-19.95-living lean
6/14-29.95-wu-yi

Wu-Yi does not allow you to cancel over the phone with someone- you have to do it via email. I tried calling six different times a got disconnected every time. I wrote my email after I was charged the 34.90 on 5/15. I received confirmation of my cancellation from: TeaHelp@USA.com on May 16. How weird, as seen above there is another charge on 6/14 from Wu-Yi.

When I was looking at my statement today I had realized that I got charged for Living Lean and then remember I canceled this 2 months ago. Then I looked at the previous month and saw another charge of 19.95 from living lean that I had not noticed before. Now I was mad!! I looked at one of these complaint sites and found the customer service number someone posted on their blog claiming that Living Lean was a scam. I found that many people had experienced exactly what I was.

The lady that I got the phone with at living lean was saying things like: you signed up for it, there never was an initial 7.95 charge that was later reimbursed, they dont show any records of me ever calling and trying to cancel, that she might be able to refund the last statement, this is a slimming tea blah blah blah etc... I was very direct and angry. I insisted that everything was reimbursed and I will take them to court if I have to. She then transferred me to her supervisor.

He tried to tell me the same thing and I again said the same I told her. That this was not cancelled and I will take them to court- and I was serious. DONT LET THEM TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU- because they will!!! When I asked the supervisor his identification number, he totally gave me the run around until I got it out of him. You need to be persistent and ask very specific questions. He said initially my refund will be within 3-5 days and when I asked more questions I found that it could be 14. They LIE!! I will see if the reimbursement actually comes.
