Living Social scam, fraud, vouchers, coupons, discount Washington District Columbia

I have purchased several vouchers from Living Social.  Most were local businesses which of course accepted the vouchers to avoid bad PR.  However, I purchased one for House Keeping, 3 hours of service.  Had to give a credit card after purchasing the voucher to confirm my appointment.  My appointment was confirmed by several emails.  No one showed up.   Chad, their senior customer service specialist stated he would provide a refund immediately.  It still hasn't happened  a week later.  I have emailed the company selling the vouchers 3 times and never heard from them. Living Social states they don'e even have another way to contact them, yet they say they have to verify that I didn't use the voucher first... BUT THEY CAN"T GET IN CONTACT WITH THEM.

In other words, Living Social does not stand behind their offers, they do not have proper information on companies to even contact them when there is a problem, and they still haven't provided a refund.

There entire business is based on scamming customers out of their money, then if they do agree to a refund, they try to force you  to take "Deal  Bucks" that remain on Living Social for you to use towards the purchase of more worthless vouchers. 

BEWARE and don't give them you money.
