Living Spaces Furniture WORST RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY AND POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! Monrovia, California

DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS FROM LIVING SPACES. If you do and there is something wrong your are out of luck. I believe they may even be selling rejects! I got this mattress set home and it was worse than the 10 year old one it replaced. When I called the store for a solution they inform me on the back of the receipt they will not return or exchange any bedding period!
CS rep John went on to tell me it was a low end set. The sales rep Bradley in the store led me to believe that it was on sale and sold for over a $1000 at other leading mattress stores. Now after they have my money and I'm disatisified he tells me it's a low end product. What the hell???
