Loancare Servicing Loancare Criminal Company Stealing, Lying and more! Florence South Carolina

Please add this complaint to the others on Loancare's business file immediately!  "This company is illegalling holding our $20,965.77 claim check as a 3rd party endorser without any written justification.   A tree hit our home in Hamden, CT on January 10, 2016. Travelers homeowners insurance company finally sent us a check for the amount listed above but it was made out to me, my fiance and our mortgage company Loancare.  We, like many of the other pissed off reviewers here, had our original loan bought by Loancare without our consent or approval.  We overnighted the check to Loancare after we both endorsed the check on Feb 9th and included an overnight FedEx Shipping envelope back to us.   We talked to 12 different people in 4 different departments and first, all saying it was another Dept that can provide us documentation that supports their claim that they (a) have a right to hold our check if it's more than $20k and (b) documentation that they have the right to hold our check at all!  They all told us it takes 4 business days to process the check we sent and mail their indeterminate amount back to us but after 6 business days we still don't have any check from them so they continue to lie about that!   Even their G** d*** website says 4 business days!   Moreover, they now are sendung us insurance cancelation notices trying to get us to pay for friggin double coverage!!!  We are now sending a certified overnight letter to the President of the company demanding our money after our email to them went for days without a response and will file suit against them.  We are also going to look into having the Presendent of the company arrested for larceny.  Today, we will also file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and alert our attorney general's office.  We will also cut and paste this review everywhere we can. "
