I took out a loan with my car title because of an emergency and I was told that it could be paid off in 3 months. That was a lie because the interest is ridiculous and too high to manage for a person under financial distress.

In April all title loans will be illegal in the state of Ohio Offer them a lower amount to pay off your loan to end business with them, ask to Speak to the VP Dawn everyday and if they won't put you in contact with her call their lawyer everyday.
Their Lawyers number is 678-336-7426 LoanMax and Integrity Funding is the same company which violates State and Federal laws. They are incorporated seperately but operations do violate several Ohio Revised Codes. The more information and recording help the state prosecute. Collect the data for them. Record all phone calls and in person Ohio and Federal laws allows for one party consent.
If your car is taken and sold you can sue them for the difference of a private party sale in accordance to Ohio Law, they sell at auto auctions which bring in half the cars value meaning in most cases they will end up paying you more than your loan repayment.

When they told you that you could pay it off in 3 months did you ask them how much you had to pay each month to do that?
