Loanshop/Westbury Unauthorized debit from my checking account Dover Delaware

I checked my checking accouint on Friday Oct. 5th 2007 to find that a debit of $230.00 was deducted from my checking account by Loanshop Westbury. I immediately called the 800 number that was listed on my online banking account. I was on hold for an hour, no answer so I left a message for someone to return my call which they never did. I contacted my bank right away and advised them that Loanshop/Westbury was a company that I never heard of. They suggested I file a fraud report which has been done, but now the bank is stating that it may take longer for them to investigate. In the meantime I have still been trying to contact Loanshop/Westbury to resolve this and there still hasn't been any resolution. It has been a week.
