I went to see if my direct deposit went in this morning like it should have to find a $390.00 hold on my account for these people! I called my bank ASAP as it is a new account and has not had anything done to it yet. They say there is nothing they can do until it posts.

So I start searching online and find there are hundreds of people with the same issue. So I decide to call and they said I had 2 loans with them and would fax the information....needless to say I am still waiting on the fax and they are giving no information what so ever over the phone. I have never had a loan with these people and am not going to tolerate their scam! Any one have anyother advice? I have the number to complain about them as far as the banking comission.
