Lobel Financial is the worst finance company in the world. Not only did I make the mistake to work with them on my first purchase for a car but they took my down payment, cay payment and car!!! They have horribel customer service, correction they have no customer service at all!!! The lady that I spoke to was a total b***h the entire time and wouldn't even listen to me and told me that I would never get my car back!! Stay away from this company they are scammers and will only take your money and leave you with no money and no car!!!

Perhaps they made the mistake by loaning you money.
“Stay away from this company they are scammers and will only take your money”
They are a lender so of course they want your money. That was the deal. They loaned you money and you agreed to pay them back.
You failed to mention that you defaulted on the loan. The repossession was not a scam.

Why were you even talking with one of their BILL COLLECTORS? Why? Because YOU were late, right? YOU signed a contract in which YOU stated YOU would make each payment on time, everytime. Apparently YOU chose to not do that. The contract explained to you what the repercussions were...up to and including a repo. Of course, that didn't matter to you. YOU turned on the collections process by your own actions. What did you expect them to do, give you a free car? Doesn't matter who you deal with...when YOU fail to do what you said you will do (make on time payments), YOU and only YOU turn on the collections machine. They are under zero obligation to serve as your mother, father, priest, rabbi, minister, financial counselor or a shoulder to cry on. YOU make the payments on time, then YOU keep the car and YOU never hear from them. Its a very, very simple process!
