Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I called locaters plus for a search for my son. Like other people I signed the contract, paid them 475.oo and 2 1/2 yrs later nothing. These people would answwr my several hundred emails and the phone number is disconnected. They get people's hopes up just the crush them. This is the lowest form of so called human beings. The lowest of the low. Warning to all dont let them do the same to you. This crushed me to get all kinds of promises and just get Ripped off

here is a copy of an email i finally got I sincerely apologize for not getting back to you sooner. Please be assured that we are doing everything that we can to get your search completed for you as quickly as possible.
We have had somewhat of a set back here with our searches. The person who sold you your search, Perry, has been arrested and has been in jail since February 22, 2005 on charges that have nothing to do with Locaters Plus. Unfortunately, his arrest has slowed down our search process, due to that fact that he used one of our computers to commit his crimes, it was confiscated at the time of his arrest. We just recently were able to obtain a new computer for the completion of our active searches. We are not selling any new searches at this time. We don't feel morally that it is the right thing to do to continue to take new customers under the current circumstances. However, we are continuing to do our best to complete the ones that we have.
Please continue to be patient with us, as you most certainly have been thus far. It is greatly appreciated! I will let you know as soon as possible when we find any information regarding your search.
